Printing Services for UNICEF Yemen
UNICEF Yemen is inviting qualified and registered local suppliers in Yemen to participate in a tender to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for printing services.
Scope of Work:
This tender comprises two lots:
Lot B: Paper printing (Annex B).
Lot C: Visibility materials (Annex C)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bidders must be registered local suppliers in Yemen.
- Bidders must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing printing services, with evidence of successfully completed and delivered printing contracts.
- Bidders must have the full capacity for mass production printing and the ability to deliver the printed materials to any location in Yemen upon request.
- Bidders must provide audited financial statements for the last 2 years (2022 and 2023).
- Bidders must submit a completed and signed Bid Form, along with the required Annexes B and C.
- Bidders must provide a valid trade license under the printing category, a license from the Ministry of Culture, and a valid Zakat and tax ID/clearance.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Compliance with the technical specifications and requirements.
- Capacity and experience in printing services.
- Financial stability.
- Compliance with all the tender requirements.
- Performance evaluation from previous clients (working with UN and NGOs will be considered an asset).
- Partial bidding is accepted for Lot B (paper printing) or Lot C (visibility materials).
A site visit will be conducted for verification purposes.
Bid Conference:
A bid conference will be held on 22.07.2024 at 11:00 AM via a virtual conference link. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
Submission Deadline:
The completed bid documents, including the required annexes and the soft Excel sheet, must be submitted by [Aug 10, 2024].
